The Foam Neutralizer works in cohesion with the Perm Lotion. It is added to reverse the effect of the reducing agent. The neutralizer locks the new disulphide bonds from the
keratin molecules into the shape of the curls.
Directions:
After rinsing hair with lukewarm water and towel blotting each curl, the neutralizer must be applied to each curl, left on for at least 5 minutes, thereafter rinse hair thoroughly with water.

PROCESSING TIME: Bleached/Highlighted Hair, 10-15 minutes.
